Preheat oven to 160 c
Prepare brownie tin by spraying with cooking spray & line with baking paper.
Place the chocolate & butter saucepan over a low heat & melt until smooth. Leave to cool slightly.
Cool slightly.
Place sugar, flours, baking powder & cocoa in a bowl & mix together.
Add the eggs to the chocolate mixture & mix until combined.
Add the chocolate mixture to the flour mix. Then mix until combined.
Pour the mixture in to the prepared tin.
Cook for 30 - 40 min or until set.
Cool in the tin.
Cut into 16 Squares.
Serve with a dusting of icing sugar & whipped cream.
