Ingredients
  

  • 200 gram dark chocolate
  • 250 gram butter
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar
  • 4 eggs 60gms
  • 0.33333333333333 cup cocoa
  • 1.25 cup gluten free plain flour
  • 0.25 tsp gluten free baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 160 c Prepare brownie tin by spraying with cooking spray & line with baking paper.
  • Place the chocolate & butter saucepan over a low heat & melt until smooth. Leave to cool slightly.
  • Cool slightly.
  • Place sugar, flours, baking powder & cocoa in a bowl & mix together.
  • Add the eggs to the chocolate mixture & mix until combined.
  • Add the chocolate mixture to the flour mix. Then mix until combined.
  • Pour the mixture in to the prepared tin.
  • Cook for 30 - 40 min or until set.
  • Cool in the tin.
  • Cut into 16 Squares. Serve with a dusting of icing sugar & whipped cream.
