This Chocolate Brownie recipe is my most asked for Gluten Free recipe. It’s so easy too. It’s also the most requested thing my kids friends ask if I’ve made when they come over.
You will be the star at you next gathering when you bring this Gluten Free sweet treat.

Gluten Free Chocolate Brownie
Ingredients
- 200 gram dark chocolate
- 250 gram butter
- 0.75 cup brown sugar
- 4 eggs 60gms
- 0.33333333333333 cup cocoa
- 1.25 cup gluten free plain flour
- 0.25 tsp gluten free baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160 c Prepare brownie tin by spraying with cooking spray & line with baking paper.
- Place the chocolate & butter saucepan over a low heat & melt until smooth. Leave to cool slightly.
- Cool slightly.
- Place sugar, flours, baking powder & cocoa in a bowl & mix together.
- Add the eggs to the chocolate mixture & mix until combined.
- Add the chocolate mixture to the flour mix. Then mix until combined.
- Pour the mixture in to the prepared tin.
- Cook for 30 - 40 min or until set.
- Cool in the tin.
- Cut into 16 Squares. Serve with a dusting of icing sugar & whipped cream.
