Spring is in the air.

YAY! its Spring. Finally in Melbourne the weather has gotten warmer during the day.

This means I can safely change the weekly meal plans to lighter meals & add some salads.

So as of this week soups are replaced with salads & I’ve changed  a few other things too.

In the next few weeks I’ll be launching my meal plan subscription service, the subscription will include a weekly meal plan, shopping list & recipes.

Cooking Master Classes are starting in October too, all the info will be posted on Facebook.

Weekly Meal Plan 21

Monday: Italian – Vegetable Lasagna

Tuesday: 20 minutes – Spicy Lamb Pizza

Wednesday: Meatless -Roast Pumpkin & Feta Tarts

Thursday: Salad – Fattoush Style salad

Friday: Chicken – Chicken Pad Thai

Saturday: Burgers, wraps Ect – Lamb Burger

Sunday: Classic dish – Roast Pork with pistachio stuffing & hasselback potatoes

Sweet Treat: Apple Cinnamon crunch cake

Breakfast: Quinoa cakes with smoked salmon & cream cheese.
