Weekly Meal Plan #18

This weeks meal plan has been designed around low-carb meals that are delicious and easy to make.

The meals in the meal plan are low carb, full of vegetables & grain free so that makes them gluten free too.

Low-Carb Week

Monday: Slow Cooker – Butter chicken with cauliflower rice

Tuesday: Bowl –  Tuna Nicoise Salad

Wednesday: Meatless – Slow roasted tomato, mushroom & mozzarella warm salad

Thursday: Soup – Pumpkin & Coconut

Friday: Pasta & rice –  Zucchini noodles with pan roasted cherry tomatoes, olives & pancetta

Saturday: Pies –Crustless quiche

Sunday: Roasts & Bakes – Pork Belly with roast vegetable tray

Sweet Treat: Berry Cheesecake

Breakfast: Grain free Pancakes with berries
