Monday: Slow Cooker – Apricot chicken tagine with saffron rice.

Tuesday: Bowl – Rice noodles with Thai beef

Wednesday: Meatless – Nachos with refired beans

Thursday: Soup – Lentil

Friday: Pasta & rice – Singapore noodles

Saturday: Pies – Beef & Guinness with Spicy potato wedges

Sunday: Roasts & Bakes –  Baked breaded chicken with chips

Sweet Treat: Lemon poppy seed cake with cream cheese frosting

Breakfast: Quinoa pancakes with caramelised banana
