This weeks meal plan is once again about comfort food & staying warm. I have included the link to my prize winning Blue ribbon chocolate recipe.

Monday: Slow Cooker –  Corned Beef with mustard sauce, seasonal greens & creamy mash potato

Tuesday: Bowl – Pad Thai

Wednesday: Meatless – Stuffed pesto mushrooms with wilted spinach & grilled haloumi

Thursday: Soup – Spiced Cauliflower & coconut cream

Friday: Pasta & rice – Lasagna with baby spinach salad

Saturday: Pies – Cornish pasties with Sweet potato fries

Sunday: Roasts & Bakes – Chicken Kiev creamy mashed potatoes buttered peas

Sweet Treat: Chocolate cupcakes with chocolate frosting.Chocolate cake

Breakfast: Breakfast quiche
