Winter has well & truly set in down in Melbourne, the cold weather means comfort foods become the staple of our menus.

Monday: Slow Cooker – Red wine beef casserole with creamy mash & greens

Tuesday: Bowl – Duck red curry with steamed rice

Wednesday: Meatless – Pumpkin & ricotta Cannelloni

Thursday: Soup – Chicken meat ball & Asian vegetables

Friday: Pasta & rice –  Salmon & Salsa Verde spaghetti

Saturday: pies –  Sausage Rolls 

Sunday: Roasts & Bakes –  Saltimbocca with borlotti beans

Sweet Treat: Strawberry Poke Cake

Breakfast: Quinoa porridge with apricots, cranberries & pistachios
