Meal Plan #8
This weeks meal plan is all about comfort food, it’s gotten really cold really fast here in Melbourne & on the Mountain even more so.
This means I want heavy, hot, rich foods, stick to your ribs kind of things but I still want quick, easy & cheap.
This week I have also added in a breakfast idea too.
Monday: Slow Cooker – Split pea & capsicum curry
Tuesday: Bowl – Quick Fried Rice
Wednesday: Meatless – Bruschette
Thursday: Sandwiches, Wraps & Subs- Meatball Subs
Friday: Pasta & Rice – Chorizo & poached egg tagliatelle
Saturday: Pies – Egg & Bacon
Sunday: Roasts & Bakes: Beer can roast chicken with roast vegetables
Sweet Treat: Mixed Berry Blondie
